Great atmosphere. The Osso Bucco is to die for, and the pasta dishes are generous and well up to Italian standardsThe service is excellent you would not expect to find a restaurant this good in a shopping center like this

In the middle of a winter storm in Arlington,TX a great find brought warmth. Ambiance, service and quality of food. 10 out of 10 for each of them. The bread was fluffy inside with crispy outside. The swordfish with rosemary lemon sauce was delicious. Veal Scaloppine Marsala was plate licking (bread) terrific. If in town do not miss eating here.

Food was very good, great service and the live music was a nice touch. My only advice would be to skip deserts - very overpriced for what you get. $11.95 for a slice of cake a little bigger than a lime.

My fiancée and I go here every so often for delicious and comforting Italian eats. I personally love their bolognese. We are always sat promptly and treated well by the wait staff. Highly recommend for a date night.

It's a nice Arlington spot. Not in my top 10 for the Dallas area, but in Arlington it's a good go-to place for dinner. Good food, kind of darker and cozy ambiance, and quick service. It almost felt a bit abrupt at times in terms of service, and the bread somehow seemed like an afterthought, but the major elements were good.

This place totally works. Delicious authentic Italian food. Great service. Warm, hospitable ambiance. I look forward to future visits!

I'm glad I tried this restaurant! It's a great place to stop by for lunch during work hours and I saw a lot of people had also done the same when I visited. My brother-in-law said the atmosphere was off and they had a stuffy vibe when he visited but I respectfully disagree! It's a nice restaurant. I saw them removing the linens from each table after guests had finished their meal and I was feeling sorry for the wait staff. That is a lot of undressing and dressing of tables! The food was great! I appreciated their complimentary crusty bread (as opposed to bread being too doughy) and the pasta I had with my mussels had a delightful seafood essence I enjoyed. The Broiled Chicken and Sauteed Mushrooms were very simple but the mushrooms had great flavor! I'll definitely be visiting again.

This place is hands down one of the best places I've been to in Arlington. The environment is very old school Italian restaurants with live piano playerthat starts at 7. Beautiful place for a date night. I sat at the bar top this evening of which the bartender was amazing to recommend the Rolatine di pollo paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon. Truly a beautiful dinner. I asked the bartender what he would have for dessert and it was a amaretto Kahlúa milkshake. Couldn't have asked for a better meal.

Went here to meet some friends. It's a very dim, formal, but inviting atmosphere with live music from musicians that I heard have been playing there for a very long time. I ordered the baked manicotti, which was yummy, but had way too much cheese. Wish it had more meat, however, it was good.

What a wonderful experience we had at Picolo Mondo. It's been around for decades and has never ceased to please us each time we visit. The problem is we forget about it since we're not in this part of Arlington very often. We were running an errand in the area, looked over at Piccolo and it fit the bill for our dinner destination for the evening. My wife and I were tired and wanted to experience a nice relaxing meal. We were greeted warmly and in a very professional manner, nothing less expected at Piccolo Mondo based on pasted visits to the restaurant. After ordering our drinks and looking over the menu, we placed our entree orders. My wife ordered the Orecchiette alla Arrabiata, she likes things nice and spicy. I opted for the Baked Manicotti. A breadbasket of warm bread was bought out along with our cold crisp salads. The wait time before our entrees were presented to us was perfect for us to be able to relax, enjoy our salads and have a nice conservation. The piano music in the background was so soothing, it set the mood for our visit. Both of our entrees were delicious, prepared perfectly and served piping hot from the kitchen. Throughout our visit, service was excellent without out anyone of the staff hovering. We both promised each other that we wouldn't wait so long until our next visit. Thank you, Piccolo Mondo, for a wonderful visit.
